Frank has been with HBA Media since 2017.  Previous experience included four years with Sky Sports, coupled with a stint at FOX Sports in the US. 

Frank leads the London HQ with a specific focus on all commercial activities and partnerships. He also manages the Middle East development.  On event, Frank oversees the relationships between the federation(s) and their international broadcasters, as well as taking a hands-on approach with HBA's appointed production companies. Appointed CEO in January 2025, Frank works in tandem with the Chairman (Henry Birtles) and the team, in building HBA's rights portfolio and the on-going development of Crown Jewels Racing - comprising of 18 premium events - that are successful delivered to multiple broadcasters.

His spare time is dominated by sport, with Liverpool FC being his biggest passion.
